The original sixteen "anti-bullying" bills filed in the Mass. Legislature this session

Later consolidated into one bill by Education Committee.

On Tuesday, November 17, 2009 the Joint Education Committee heard testimony on "anti-bullying" bills. Sixteen bills were been filed by various Senators and Reps. Click on links to see the text. Why so many? More background here.  However, almost all of the testimony centered around H483, which seemed to be the most comprehensive.

In February 2010, the two Education Committee chairmen created Bill S2283 which is a of these 16 bills. Bill S2283 was sent to the full Senate and House.
