Kevin Jennings helps introduce bill in Congress to require normalization of homosexuality, transgenderism, cross-dressing, etc., in America's public schools!

HB 4530: Every parent's worst nightmare coming true.

Kevin Jennings, Barack Obama's "Safe Schools Czar" is coordinating with far-left members of Congress to extend the radical homosexual / transgender agenda into the nation's public schools by force of federal law, according to press reports.

On January 27, 66 congressmen introduced HB 4530 which requires that homosexuality and transgender behavior (including cross-dressing) be officially normalized in America's public schools. It also includes broad powers of enforcement against schools or individuals who resist this, including lawsuits, awarding of attorneys fees, loss of federal funds to the school district, and assorted remedies tied to other federal laws.

This will affect all public schools and schoolchildren across America if not stopped.

The text of the bill is similar to the bills and policies that have been pushed by Kevin Jennings and his homosexual activist organization GLSEN (Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network) in Massachusetts and other states.

Schools will be prohibited from barring boys who "identify" themselves as girls from using girls' rest rooms and locker rooms. In addition, the bill will lead to a new flood of homosexual and transgender indoctrination programs in the public schools. This has been the aim of GLSEN for years in the public schools. This bill would also extend to participation on opposite-sex sports teams. (Who knows what else will flow from the bill's protection of "free ... expression" of "gender identity"?)

Under the guise of "non-discrimination", any student must be free to act out homosexual or transgender behavior, cross-dressing, etc. - including using the opposite-sex restrooms and locker rooms in a school - if that student declares his (or her) "gender identity or expression" to be the opposite sex.

All public schools (including elementary schools) and school employees will be required to accommodate such students. It further opens the door to the radical sexual propaganda directed at vulnerable children by homosexual and transgender activists. We could even see school assemblies on "sex-change" procedures! (Already in Massachusetts, transsexuals attend "gay day" assemblies to talk about their experiences.)

This is clearly the work of Kevin Jennings. It is his agenda to push homosexuality, transgenderism, and similar behaviors to public school children from Kindergarten through high school. And HB 4530 is just the beginning of what this radical sexual activist has in store for the nation's schoolchildren - by force of law. HB 4530 opens the door to force this radical sexual agenda on the nation's schoolchildren - by force of law.

TAKE ACTION: Here's what you can do now

This can be stopped with enough public outrage, which we must generate. A lot of members of Congress are worried about this year's elections. We must make sure they know how outraged people are about our government pushing homosexual and transgender behavior on children. And it will reinforce the fact that Kevin Jennings must be removed!

(1)  If any of the bill's co-sponsors  is YOUR congressman, CALL HIS OFFICE RIGHT NOW.

Let him know your outrage. Tell him to withdraw his support.

(2) Help get more people to sign the online petition to remove Kevin Jennings.

This is very important. As we said in a previous email, we are working with the staffs of Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX) and Rep. Steve King (R-IA) to leverage this petition as much as possible. People signing this petition is just the first step to pressuring Congress and the Obama administration from around the country. From there, we will be organizing in individual Congressional districts.
