Update on Concord Town Meeting on "Falsettos"

A lot of people have asked us about what happened at the Concord Town Meeting's vote on Article 31, to condemn the homosexual-themed anti-Semitic play "Falsettos" which was performed at the high school.

On Monday evening , April 25, the debate and vote took place. Lee Ann Kay's Article 31 did not pass. But just to rub it in, the liberal establishment broke all precedent by first amending Article 31 to substitute a motion enthusiastically affirming "Falsettos" - i.e., the opposite of the original motion -- and then the town meetng overwhelmingly passed that! The enthusiasm to support that was bizarre. As one observer told us, "It was like being in an insane asylum."
